  • 1 1/2 cups sifted bleached all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons cold lard, cut into small pieces
  • 4 tablespoons cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup ice water
