- 3/4 cup sliced drained (pitted) pimiento-stuffed green olives
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground chipotle powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Some cinnamon, oregano, and cumin (whatever smells good)
- Salt and pepper
