Ingredients
- 1 6-ounce can of oil-packed tuna, drained
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 celery rib, finely chopped
- 1/4 bunch chives, minced
- 2 sprigs of parsley, stems removed, leaves chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 4 slices multigrain or sourdough bread (2 if you are doing an open-faced sandwich)
- 2 slices of Swiss cheese
