Ingredients

  • 1 6-ounce can of oil-packed tuna, drained
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 celery rib, finely chopped
  • 1/4 bunch chives, minced
  • 2 sprigs of parsley, stems removed, leaves chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 slices multigrain or sourdough bread (2 if you are doing an open-faced sandwich)
  • 2 slices of Swiss cheese
