  • Kernels from 1 ear corn

  • Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
  • Crushed red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (optional garnish)
  • Chili garlic sauce (optional condiment)
