  • 4 tablespoons cold butter, diced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • For the icing:
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Colored sprinkles
