Ingredients

  • 1 medium red onion, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 2 tablespoons oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, cut into narrow strips
  • 3 small cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/3 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil
  • 2 tablespoons Nicoise olives (optional)
