- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 cup honey, plus more to taste
- 1 1/2 cups homemade or low-sodium canned chicken stock
- 1 1/2 cups couscous
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup whole almonds, coarsely chopped
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
