- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, plus more for work surface
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- Pinch of ground allspice
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- Toasted-Pecan Dough
- Heavy cream, for brushing
- Sanding sugar, for sprinkling
