  • cup coarsely chopped apricots
  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
  • 3 tablespoons plumped raisins
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • teaspoon dried sage leaves
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • cup chicken broth
