  • 1 x 7-ounce jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1 x 2-ounce can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
