- 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Basic pie dough for a double-crust pie (see recipe at left)
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, cut into thin slices
