- 1 small broccoli head, cut into 1-inch florets
- 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped, salted roasted cashews
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
Description
Regular Long-grain Or Short-grain Brown Rice Can Be Used In Place Of Basmati. Check The Package As The Cooking Time May Vary. Corn Kernels And Green Peas Or Chopped Red Bell Pepper Can Be Substituted For The Broccoli And Chickpeas.
