Crusty Multigrain Baguettes

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs. (1 package) active dry yeast
  • 2 cups warm water (110°F)
  • 3 1/2 cups white bread flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat bread flour
  • 1/2 cup rye flour
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbs. oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup wheat bran
  • 1/4 cup wheat gluten
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 2 Tbs. dark molasses

Description

Instead Of Dividing The Dough To Make Two Baguettes, You Can Shape It Into One Large Round Loaf. Place The Dough In A Floured Round Stoneware Baker And Bake An Additional 10 To 12 Minutes.
