  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup MAGGI Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons MAGGI Seasoning Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. white fish fillets (red snapper, cod or halibut)
  • Hot cooked rice
