  • ground chilli
  • pinches nutmeg
  • 6 lamb chops, loin chops
  • 2 tbsp ghee or butter
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 120 g long grain or rice
  • few threads saffron
  • 1 beef tomato, cut in half
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • handfuls fresh coriander leaves
