- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1 salt
- 1 freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper, (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- green peppers, de-seeded and finely chopped
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- groundnut oil, for deep frying
- 2 tbsp flour
