- 100 g soft goats cheese log or 75g vegan soft cheese, thinly sliced
- 6 large radishes, sliced
- 50 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp runny honey, (or apple concentrate for vegans)
- 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
