- 4 tbsp tomato pure
- 1x400 g tin coconut milk
- brown sugar, to taste
- 125-150 g plain yogurt
- boiled jasmine rice, to serve
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- rock salt
- lime or lemon juice, to taste
- 1 red chilli, to garnish
