- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 250 g swede or turnips, diced
- 250 g potatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp snipped chives
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 turnip, finely chopped
- 50 ml whiskey
- 75 ml cream
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
