  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 whole cloves garlic, crushed
  • 0.5 tsp lemon zest, finely grated
  • 0.5 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 bunches watercress
