- 1 medium red chilli, very finely diced
- 0.25 limes, juice
- 1 small mint, bunch, chopped for coating
- 1 small coriander, bunch, chopped for coating
- 1 tbsp clear honey
- 1 orange juice
- 1 fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 0.5 tsp Japanese soy sauce
