  • 60 g lightlight muscovado sugar, light muscovado sugar
For the cake:

  • 150 g self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 150 g soured cream or thick Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 45 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 110 g caster sugar
  • 1 large egg
