- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons Crisco Pure Olive Oil or Canola Oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
FILLING:- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (8 ounces) ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
