Chicken and Asparagus Kabobs

Ingredients


  • DIPPING SAUCE:
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

  • KABOBS:
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
  • 1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Crisco Pure Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
