Tofu and Walnut-Stuffed Mushrooms: Recipes: Self com

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, diced small

  • 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 12 large, fresh cremini or white mushrooms, wiped clean, stems removed
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
