- 3/4 cup lowfat, low-sodium chicken, beef or vegetable broth
- 2 cups bottled tomato salsa
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 large egg plus 1 large egg white, whisked lightly
- 6 thin flour tortillas, warmed
