  • 6 cups thinly sliced bok choy (see Note)
  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 12 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut crosswise in narrow strips
  • 1 red pepper, cut in 3/4-in. pieces
  • 1 bunch broccolini, halved lengthwise, or head broccoli, cut in florets
  • 1/2 cup bottled stir-fry sauce (preferably Korean teriyaki-style)
