Appetizer Cheese Bell


  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, blotted dry
  • 11/2 bricks (12 oz) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
  • 1 pkg (7 oz) shredded mozzarella and Asiago cheese with roasted garlic
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • Bell decorations: sun-dried tomatoes, chopped parsley and toasted pine nuts (see Note)
  • Serve with: assorted crackers
