- 1 piece (1 inch) Fresh Ginger, peeled, thinly sliced, and cut into matchsticks
- 2 cloves Garlic, cut into matchstick slivers
- 4 teaspoons Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- Coarse Salt and Black Pepper
- 4 tablespoons Chinese Rice Wine, Sake or Dry Sherry
