  • 1/2 cup canned artichokes hearts drained chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 3 oz roasted red peppers diced (equal to 1/3 cup)
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 3 pitted calamata olives chopped (equal to 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
