  • 2 cups preshredded carrots (1/2 a 10-oz bag)
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 12 oz raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 pkg (3 oz. each) shrimp-flavor ramen noodles; reserve 1 seasoning pkt
  • 4 oz (about 2 cups) snow peas, strings removed (see Note)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 4 tsp fresh lime juice
