Ingredients

  • 8  frozen mini fillo-dough shells, thawed
  • ALMOND-CHICKEN FILLING:
  • 2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup sliced natural (with skins) almonds, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed, patted dry and chopped
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • Garnish: toasted sliced almonds
