Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple-flavored brandy (Applejack or Calvados) or apple cider
  • Topping
  • 1 tub (6 oz) reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Garnish: finely chopped walnuts and thin apple wedges (See Tip)
