  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • CUSTARD FILLING
  • 1 box (3 oz) cook & serve vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • CHOCOLATE GLAZE
  • 1/2 cup (3 oz) bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp each butter and light corn syrup
