  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
  • FILLING
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 medium (7 ounces each) Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries (no need to thaw)
