  • 1/2 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp.  snipped fresh sage
  • 2 Tbsp.  snipped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 tsp.  pepper
  • 2 Tbsp.  snipped fresh sage
  • 2 Tbsp.  snipped fresh thyme
  • 6 cups  shredded cooked turkey (1-3/4 lbs)
  • 1/4 cup  snipped fresh parsley
  • 1 recipe  Cornmeal Waffles
  •   Leftover cranberry relish (optional)
