- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
Description
