  • 1 medium  carrot, sliced (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 of a small  red onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 1/2 cup  pitted ripe olives or pimiento-stuffed green olives
  • 1/2 cup  pepperoncini salad peppers
  • 1 cup  bottled Italian salad dressing
  • 1 8-ounce package  sliced salami, cut into bite-size pieces
