  • 3 tablespoons  all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons  instant chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon  paprika
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon  ground red pepper
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon  ground black pepper
  • 2-1/4 cups  milk
  • 1 cup  shredded process Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
  • 12 ounces  ground beef or pork
  • 1 cup  frozen peas
  • 3/4 cup  chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons  diced pimiento
  •   Sliced green onion (optional)
  •   Diced pimiento (optional)
