  • 1/2 pound  surimi (imitation crab), cut into 2-1/2-inch-long thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon  garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon  onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon  black pepper
  • 6 fillets  (about 2 pounds total) flounder
  • 1/2 teaspoon  dried
  • 1/3 cup  dry white wine
  • 6 teaspoon  dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup  (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons  fresh lemon juice
