  • 1 lb.  skinless, boneless chicken breasts or turkey breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup  chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp.  bottled minced garlic
  • 2 tsp.  chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp.  ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp.  ground cinnamon
  • 1 14 1/2-oz. can  diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 15-oz.  can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 15-oz.  can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 14-oz. can  chicken broth
  • 1 10-oz. pkg.  frozen succotash
