  • 2 tablespoons  olive oil
  • 2   plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons  chopped, pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 tablespoons  snipped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon  balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon  ground black pepper
