- 2/3 cup quick-cooking couscous
- 6 pitted dates, quartered
- 1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-size pieces
- 6 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 cups baby carrots, halved lengthwise
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained*

Description
In Medium Saucepan Bring 1 Cup Of The Chicken Broth To Boiling. Stir In Couscous And Dates. Remove From Heat. Cover. Let Stand At Least 5 Minutes Or Until Liquid Is Absorbed.
