- Sauce:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons bottled horseradish
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
