  • 1-1/2 cups  bread flour
  • 1-1/2 cups  whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon  gluten flour*
  • 3/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 1 teaspoon  active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
  • 2/3 cup  low-fat granola
  • 1/2 cup  dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup  chopped almonds, toasted
  •   Orange marmalade (optional)
