Mocha Crepes With White Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

  •   Crepes:
  • 1-1/4 cups  all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt
  • 2 cups  milk
  • 2 tablespoons  butter or margarine, melted
  • 2   eggs
  • 1 teaspoon  vanilla
  •   White Chocolate Ganache:
  • 2 cups  heavy cream
  • 2 boxes  (6 ounces each) premier white chocolate baking bars, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup  coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1/2 cup  mini chocolate chips
  •   Raspberry Puree:
  • 2 packages  (10 ounces each) frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons  cornstarch
