Orange-poppy Seed Bundt Cake

  • 1/2 teaspoon  orange extract
  • 2 teaspoons  grated orange rind
  • 1 cup  orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons  poppy seeds
  •   Glaze:
  • 2 cups  confectioners' sugar
  • 2-1/2 tablespoons  orange juice
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons  grated orange rind
  •   Garnish:
  • 2   unsprayed fresh roses, separated into petals
  •   Pasteurized egg whites, equal to 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons  extra-fine granulated sugar
