  • 2   medium carrots, sliced (1 cup)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons  garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon  chili powder
  • 2 cups  cauliflower florets (3/4 pound)
  • 1/2 cup  light coconut milk
