  • 1 cup  sugar
  • 6   eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon  cream of tartar
  • 1/3 cup  butter, melted
  •   Filling:
  • 1 cup  seedless raspberry jam
  •   Frosting:
  • 2 tablespoons  fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons  water
  • 1/4 teaspoon  cream of tartar
  • 2   egg whites
  • 1 cup  sugar
  • 1 tablespoon  light corn syrup
