  • 3/4 cup  fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 8.8-ounce pouch  cooked white rice
  • 1   medium carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cup  frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons  soy sauce
  • 2   green onions, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
